I definitely agree, I live in the US but I’m in Canada for work right now, so I’m having to put up with the weaker Internet here.

According to LinusTechTips they have barely any competition out there, so they don’t pour as much money into infrastructure. So, don’t expect anything to change.

This is very true. There are basically 3 large companies, and they don’t even have infrastructure in the same places. Canadian internet is going to suck until it absolutely has to stop sucking.

As a Canadian working in telecom…. it all depends on the market you’re in. You go to the boonies Andy you get Alaska internet. My home plan is 150/50 and 4K Netflix isnst an issue.
