1D wouldnt be like those old games were you can only move right or left to evade whatever is coming at you? 1D as you are only using the x axis

I love platform games. I have played all Megaman X, Megaman Zero, Megaman ZX, Metroid, Super Mario and some other 2-D Plarforming games.
Once you get the hang of it they are all pretty much the same. Except for megaman games. Those require too much skill if you havent played them before.
