  1. I agree! I think the last 3 gens of Pokemon have been lacking in detail and exciting game mechanics! I last great Pokemon game(s) was from Gen 6, the Pokemon XY series! I don’t understand why they started to get more simplistic in design and gameplay after Gen 7 was started. The same goes for the anime, it started to go downhill in design as well!
